6.4 - EXOTIC - Overpass - Pile Driver - Reverse Pile Driver

Overpass
No point being stuck going nowhere, when you can take a route that helps you cum and go!


In this version of the Pile Driver, the performing partner positions themselves perpendicular to their partner, who is engaged in a deep forward fold beneath them. The partner doing the thrusting ought to be fit enough to repetitively perform the mini squats illustrated; leg and abdominal conditioning will improve the execution of this pose.

In order for Overpass to be comfortable for the receiving partner, they too must be equipped with muscle strength, agility and flexibility. This inversion can be physically exerting, so it's recommended that you practice it on your own before having sex in it. Get a good warm-up before you engage and don't forget to stretch before and afterward!

Pile Driver
This one will really rock your socks. Not for the faint of heart or those looking for a 'tender moment'.


The name Pile Driver conjures up a dramatic image! This position has the receiver lay on their back with their lower back and legs raised all the way up so that their ankles are either side of (and beyond) their own head. The exact end position will depend on the flexibility of the receiver. This position totally exposes the groin area to the giving partner who stands astride the receiver's groin to perform. The giver moves up and down on the receiver to create friction. The giver is also able to use their hands to caress and explore their partner's lower body.

This position requires considerable flexibility on the part of the receiver and it cannot be (fully) achieved by most, but it is wonderfully "naughty" due to the feeling of being totally exposed and 'giving it all'. Those less flexible might try getting into the position, but stop at the point where the position starts to become uncomfortable. The giver can also help those less flexible by using their hands to support the receiver's thighs at mid-point. The giver should be careful not to over-extend the penis beyond what is comfortable at this unusual angle (penis pointing downwards).

Pile Driver - Reverse
This lets you plunge it in deep, but execute carefully or you may find yourself driving your lover to the emergency room, instead of ecstasy!


The advantage of Reverse Pile Driver versus the original Pile Driver falls in the performer's favor; the potential of bending their penis too far is at least partially remedied, which gives them the confidence to pump as they please. With that being said, the giver must be conscious of their partner folded up beneath them, and not thrust so hard that they accidentally knock them over!

This pose can be very gratifying for the receiver, but it does require them to build strength and flexibility in the muscles of their back. Because Reverse Pile Driver is an inversion as well as a deep forward bend, receiving partners ought to practice it beforehand and be properly 'warmed up' before executing.

Receivers, prepare yourselves by practicing the yoga equivalent known as Halasana or Plow Pose. You may keep your legs together with knees unbent or, if you're capable, draw the knees to floor on either side of the shoulders - you're sure to get a real stretch!
